Part of this wine has been aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels. Its deep red tones are complemented by elegant and intense aromas of red fruits and chocolate, with soft notes of vanilla. On the palate it expresses ripe and silky tannins. Excellent with red meat dishes.
Food pairings: This wine can be enjoyed with all stile of meat, especially with well-seasoned red meat. It also pairs well with creamy cheese. Best served at between 61°F and 64°F.
